Floor Care Technician - Full Time Second Shift

Responsibilities
- Operate automated floor cleaning machines
- Maintains floor surfaces and stairwells
- Sweeps, mops, buffs, polishes, scrubs, strips and refinishes hard-surface floor
- Vacuums, spot cleans and extracts carpeted floor surfaces
- Deep cleaning of no-wax floors
- Washes walls and maintains baseboards and cove base molding
- Auxiliary cleaning tasks as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and follow training
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (training provided)
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to commute daily to Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough NH
Qualifications
- Starting Rate is $19.00 per hour (day shift)
- Second Shift Hourly Rate differential = $21.75 per hour
- This is a Full Time, Benefits Eligible position
- You will be scheduled 5 days a week for a total of 37.5 hours
- Typical 2nd Shift hours are form 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- There will periodically be opportunities for overtime
