Floor Care Tech

Overview

The Floor Care Technician, in accordance with standards of quality, is responsible for providing a safe and hygienic environment for the benefit of patients, visitors, and staff. This role ensures timely cleans in various areas including common areas, patient rooms, hallways/corridors, surgical, procedural and specialty environments to meet facility needs, and performs additional functions as needed to provide EVS support.

Qualifications

• Required: 6 months’ environmental services or floor care experience.
• Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1 year experience working in a healthcare setting.

Pay

Expected pay for this position is $17.66 - $19.63/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
