About the role

The Floor Tech is responsible for all aspects of floor care, using the latest custodial equipment to provide high-quality service levels while adhering to company policies and assisting in providing a safe working environment. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people while maintaining a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• General floor care activities (e.g., dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet)
• Periodic floor care activities (e.g., scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing)
• Manage and maintain floor equipment and supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate activities between customers and the company
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing work plan
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of experience in all aspects of floor care preferred
• Knowledge of industry best practices

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Repeat the same movements
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs

Schedule

Full-Time, 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay

$20/hour. 401(k) eligible after 60 days of employment. Now offering Daily Pay!
