About the role
Responsible for overseeing daily floor care operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning staff and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Inspect floors regularly to identify and address damage or wear.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to repair or replace damaged flooring materials.
- Develop and implement training programs for cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.

Pay
