Floor Care Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for overseeing daily floor care operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning staff and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Inspect floors regularly to identify and address damage or wear.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to repair or replace damaged flooring materials.
• Develop and implement training programs for cleaning staff.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
