Floor Care Sales Representative

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Floor Care Sales Representative is to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all flooring and related products both internally and externally. This role is vital to the launch and growth of this product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Progressive sales background and operational management experience in the equipment rental or related industry
• Customer service experience required
• Sound knowledge of equipment specifications, applications, and set up
• A valid driver’s license

• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
• Sales and financial acumen
• Able to walk into unfamiliar environments and adjust rapidly to the setting
