About the role
As a Floor Brokerage Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations within the brokerage floor. You will also assist in organizing and maintaining records, and providing support to other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Organize and maintain records related to inventory and customer interactions.
- Support other departments as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
