The home branch is located at 1125 South Tower Road, Aurora, CO 80017 , with floating coverage required at branches in Centennial, Lakewood, and Thornton, CO . Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to members and prospective members.Assist members with a variety of financial products and services, including checking and savings accounts, certificates, IRAs, trust and estate accounts, lending products, and credit/debit cards.Handle cash transactions accurately while following established procedures.Understand member needs and present appropriate products, services, or alternative solutions.Communicate confidently with members and help resolve questions or concerns.Build positive member relationships through excellent service and proactive communication.Remain flexible and adaptable while supporting multiple branch locations as business needs require. Qualifications Previous customer service, customer support, or other customer-facing experience.Experience with cash handling strongly preferred.Some knowledge of banking, financial services, or related financial products preferred.Comfortable starting conversations and interacting with a variety of people.Confident recommending solutions and handling rejection professionally.Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively and offer alternative solutions when appropriate.Willingness and ability to provide floating coverage at the required branch locations.
