Floating Store Manager for the Burlington Market Area

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversight of retail operations
• Management of staff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High drive for operational excellence in grocery retail

• Adept communication and follow-through
• Ability to travel up to one hour each way to/from residence
• At least 18 years of age

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in grocery retail or related fields
• Understanding of merchandising, operations, service, supply chain, inventory, sales
• Relevant managerial experience in grocery retail management preferred
