Qualifications
Your Skills – Show Us What You Got:
- 100% traveling needed to support multiple locations as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250+ front door count community.
- Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
- Strong understanding of financial plans with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team preferred.
- Commitment to TCC Curb appeal standards, with a great eye for detail.
- Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
- Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies.
- Foster creative ideas to increase ancillary income.
- Eye for asset management.
- Strong understanding of the service aspect of a community preferred.
- Great floor plan management, and willingness to push rates with confidence.
- Commitment to TCC Culture, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences.
