About the Role
Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role supports the Property Manager in daily operations while providing leadership to the team and focusing on professional development.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and schedule property viewings, conduct tours, and interview prospective tenants.
- Address and resolve residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Process applications, conduct credit checks, and negotiate contracts.
- Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Manage budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices.
- Create and distribute marketing materials to attract new tenants.
- Maintain organized and updated resident files and records.
- Report problems or issues to the property manager.
- Work in a high-pressure environment, handling difficult customers/vendors, urgent matters, and conflicts with effective interpersonal skills.
- Operate a company or personal vehicle for work-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or related field.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed.
- Must be able and willing to drive for work-related purposes.

Physical Demands

Work Environment
This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office with a mix of natural, incandescent, and fluorescent lighting. Outdoor tasks may expose you to varying weather conditions.
