Floating Make-Ready (Apartment Maintenance)

About the role

As a Make-Ready Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing apartments for new residents at multiple properties in our Nashville, TN multifamily portfolio — making sure every home is clean, functional, and move-in ready.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes
• Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards
• Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager
• Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed

Requirements

• Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred
• Basic skills in painting, repairs, and cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
• HVAC/EPA Certification a plus!
• Valid Driver’s License and insured operable vehicle
