What You’ll Do
- Oversight of daily maintenance operations, including work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance, and unit turnovers
- Supervision of maintenance, janitorial, and grounds staff to ensure efficient, high-quality work
- Management of maintenance supplies, vendors, and equipment while adhering to budget guidelines
- Cohesion with the management team to ensure units are accurately tracked and move-in ready
- Maintenance of accurate maintenance records, reports, and purchase orders
What We’re Looking For
- A High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- 3+ years of trade or general building maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems
- Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Position Pay Range
$35 - $43.25 USD
