About the role
We're seeking a talented maintenance technician to join our dynamic team. This position involves addressing a variety of apartment and property maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards in customer service and property upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
- Carry out general carpentry tasks like wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, and window/glass repair.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, including siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers, pools, golf-carts, elevators, and more.
- Complete work orders promptly and ensure they meet company and resident standards.
- Inspect property grounds, buildings, and amenities to maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal, fire, and flood responses.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance leadership regarding maintenance issues.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, promoting safety and risk management.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties.
- Adhere to company risk management policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in property management or a related field.
- General maintenance and carpentry skills.
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Basic math skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Pay
$25 to $28 per hour.
Schedule
Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm.
