Responsibilities
- Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
- Complete lease agreements and collect deposits accurately and efficiently
- Maintain resident files and leasing documentation
- Follow established leasing procedures and sales techniques to achieve occupancy goals
- Conduct daily inspections of vacant apartments and model units to ensure tour readiness
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to support marketing efforts
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns
- Maintain detailed knowledge of rental rates, floor plans, amenities, and community policies
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Travel between assigned communities within the Nashville region as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or multifamily experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software
- Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for marketing purposes preferred
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to walk communities, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
Qualifications
