About the role
The Leasing Consultant represents Northland by delivering a top-tier customer experience to residents and prospects. Responsibilities include apartment leasing, touring prospective residents, current resident retention, and satisfaction, as well as community-focused marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Multi-task to balance walk-ins and scheduled appointments
- Support the onsite team with other tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors
- May be required to work weekends and travel to assist other properties as needed, or to attend training classes
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, climb, bend, and squat
- Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
