Floating Leasing Consultant

Location: Junction 72 - Commerce City, CO

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi, and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of leasing experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• LIHTC experience required
• Understanding of Fair Housing principles
• Basic math skills required
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $21.00 – $23.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
