Responsibilities

- Managing hiring, employment, and conduct of nursing personnel
- Overseeing incident management and resident health assessments
Qualifications
- RN license in New York State
- At least 5 years of experience in long-term care
- Minimum 2 years in a DON role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
