Patient Care
- Welcome and register patients.
- Collect insurance, fee, and demographic information.
- Take vital signs, obtain patient history, perform triage, and document information in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Provide patient education regarding: Birth control options, STI testing and treatment, HIV/AIDS prevention, Pregnancy options, Healthy relationships.
Clinical & Laboratory Support
- Perform pregnancy tests and urinalysis.
- Prepare and package specimens for laboratory transport.
- Absorb during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.
Administrative Duties
- Schedule appointments and answer patient calls.
- Manage patient records and documentation.
- Handle cash receipts and daily deposits.
- Support revenue cycle and productivity goals.
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical and educational supplies.
Float Responsibilities
- Travel regularly to assigned health centers.
- Adapt to different teams, workflows, and patient volumes.
- Cover staffing shortages, leaves, vacancies, and special projects.
- Provide telehealth and care coordination support when needed.
Qualifications
