Floating Assistant Property Manager

About the role

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Floating Assistant Property Manager to support RPS apartment communities in the Orlando, Melbourne, and Titusville areas.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable housing
• Yardi experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Valid Driver's License required (this is a traveling position)

Responsibilities

• Aid the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
• Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
• Cook up lease renewals and rental increases
• Conduct unit inspections and move-in/move-out processes
• Support leasing activities and resident relations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; affordable community and Yardi experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
• Valid Driver's License required
