About the role
Safety Clean LLC seeks an on-call floater Porter for various locations.
Shifts
TBD based on availability
General Requirements
- Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures and clean, dust, and wipe furniture;
- sweep, mop, or vacuum floors;
- empty/clean wastebaskets and trash receptacles;
- replace light bulbs;
- refill restroom dispenser
Use and Maintain Equipment
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools;
- buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc
Follow Instructions
- Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.
Perform Cleaning Activities
- Remove snow or debris from sidewalks using hand shovels and exterior squeegees.
- Use salt spreaders to distribute calcium chloride
Customer Interaction
- Daily interaction with customers, vendors & supervisors in a professional manner
Job Qualifications
- Must have relevant experience
- High school Diploma/GED required
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and dependable
