Floater - Financial Service Representative I - Area 1

South Carolina Federal Credit Union is seeking a Floater – Financial Service Representative I / Teller to join our team for Area 1. Area locations include Cane Bay, Naval Weapons Station, Moncks Corner, Oakbrook, Goose Creek, Summerville, and Myers Road. Floaters receive an additional premium added to their base salary.

As a Financial Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and offer financial products and services that meet customers' needs.

A typical day might look like this

• Participate in a morning huddle brainstorming with team members about ways to meet referral goals
• Talk with a customer about the payoff amount for their auto loan
• Review and deposit a check into a customer's account
• Cash a large payroll check
• Meet with a service leader to review your current performance
• Balance your drawer before heading home

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• At least one year of cash handling experience in a customer service or banking environment
• A positive attitude

Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
