Floater, 3rd Shift

About the Role

The Floater role at the Manawa location provides support to the Oatmeal Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

Pay & Schedule

• $23.23 per hour plus a $0.65 shift differential on 3rd shift
• Hours are 10:00pm–6:00am

About You

You'll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
