Float Teller

About the role

This full-time position is based out of the Main Bank facility for Central Bank of Branson but will float to any of our 5 branches as needed. The Teller works in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement, providing a variety of teller account services and serving as the face and voice of our company. This is a relationship-driven role focused on understanding customers and their financial well-being by offering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner, including lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM transactions.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer; research discrepancies as needed.
• Actively listen to customers and communicate positively, even in difficult situations.
• Demonstrate quality customer service by adhering to Legendary Service Standards.
• Identify and interpret customer needs; cross-sell bank products/services with customer-centric recommendations.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
• Actively participate in the branch sales program and contribute to goal achievement.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Flexibility is required. No overtime unless approved by management.

Pay

Additional hourly floater incentive pay applies for this position.
