Float Teller

As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at our Princeton branch and other locations including St Cloud, Elk River, Isle, Ogilvie, and Mora. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience: $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, listen to their needs, and understand their situations
• Educate members on Blaze’s products and services
• Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments) accurately and professionally
• Stay updated on financial industry trends, products, and training opportunities
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to ensure member success
• Provide excellent face-to-face service daily

Requirements

• High School degree or GED (required)
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Minimum of one year of cash handling experience
• Previous financial service experience (a plus)
• Consistent and reliable attendance (essential function of the role)

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. Saturday hours are paid at 1.5x the regular rate.

Pay

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus a quarterly team bonus.
