Float Teacher

Hiring bonus eligible. Hourly wage range: $17.40 to $21.65, DOE.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday between the hours of 6:30am–6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Delight in beautifully equipped classrooms.
• Support and encourage children’s learning and development.
• Collaborate with knowledgeable support staff.
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
• Understand and comply with state licensing regulations and company policies.
• Perform required job duties with or without accommodations.

Requirements

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the position as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Must pass the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Physical abilities to perform job duties.
• Positive work ethic and team-centered attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
• Enjoyment working with children.
