Job Summary

This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Float/Flex Team, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery while presenting a positive attitude and being reliable.

Responsibilities

• Leverages expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.
• Collaborates seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
• Conducts care assessments and interprets assessment data to determine care needs and constraints in meeting these needs.
• Successfully completes system-based and hospital specific competencies.
• Maintains accurate documentation of observations, treatments, teaching, medications, care given, patient response, and integrates into plan of care.
• In collaboration with patients and families (as defined by the patient), evaluates, plans, directs, and administers care to the patient.
• Implements plan of care based upon established standards of care/practice, policies, and procedures, incorporating cultural, religious, psychosocial, physical, and age-related issues.
• Possesses knowledge of medications and administers safely and accurately.
• Appropriately delegates and supervises routine technical functions to non-licensed and licensed personnel.

Job Requirements

• Required: Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing and 1-3 years of experience as an RN in an acute care facility, upon hire.
• For Critical Care areas: Two years of Critical Care experience, upon hire.
• For Telemetry areas: One year of Telemetry, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 - months.
• Bachelor of Science Nursing preferred, 1-3 years of experience in Telemetry areas, two years of Telemetry, upon hire.
• Effective 04/01/2026, all ADN prepared RN hires are required to obtain their BSN degree within five (5) years of their start date. Individuals must enroll in and begin participating in a BSN program within two (2) years of their start date.

Pay Range

$30.00 - $43.50 /hour
