Float Pool RN (Full-Time) (Night)

Role Overview The Float Pool Registered Nurse provides direct patient care across multiple units including Med-surg, Telemetry, ICU, and Emergency Department as needed to support staffing and patient care demands. This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to quickly integrate into different care environments while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, patients, and families.Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety.
