About the role
Seeking a Regional Float LPN to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, and supervise unlicensed staff.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality patient care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
- Participating in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervising care provided by unlicensed personnel.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Maintaining current BLS/CPR certification.
