Float Pool LPN

Role Overview

As a Regional Float LPN, you will provide efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments and care plans, supervise unlicensed staff, and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care
• Support care planning
• Supervise unlicensed team members to maintain high-quality service and safety

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved practical or vocational nursing program
• Current State Board of Nursing license
• BLS/CPR certification
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
