Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct nursing assessments.
- Participate in care planning.
- Deliver direct patient care.
- Supervise unlicensed staff.
- Deliver quality nursing care, support care team, ensure safety, and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current state licensure.
- Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must have strong English communication skills.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment, supervision, and communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to patient needs.
