Float Pharmacy Technician

Role Overview

The Float Pharmacy Technician supports multiple pharmacy sites by dispensing prescriptions, managing inventory, and performing clerical duties under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Filling prescriptions and ensuring accuracy
• Ordering, receiving, and storing pharmacy supplies
• Verifying medication stock and maintaining inventory records
• Aiding with pharmacy compliance and administrative tasks
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and clinic staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Idaho; ability to obtain Oregon license
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple sites
• Strong communication skills
• Prioritizing teamwork and collaboration

Preferred: national certification, advanced pharmacy experience, behavioral health, long-term care, or retail pharmacy experience
