Float Pharmacist - Community

About the role

Seeking a Full-time Float Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. Float to multiple Genoa locations in the Twin Cities area and beyond based on business needs. Pharmacy hours are generally Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (No weekends or holidays).

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Required Qualifications

• BA or PharmD in Pharmacy
• Current pharmacist license in state of Minnesota
• Immunization certified or willing to obtain within three months of employment
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmacist experience

Pay

The hourly pay for this role will range from $44 - $79 per hour based on full-time employment.
