Float PAS Attendant

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for providing effective personal assistance services.
• Effectively follows company policy and procedures.
• Assumes responsibility for knowledge and demonstration of proper safety techniques.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with participants, family members, staff members, supervisors, and management.
• Assumes the duties of Daycare Personal Care Attendant as needed.
• Accountable for related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and demonstrate competency to perform the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Previous relevant experience in personal care or home health care, or in assisting frail, elderly people with performing activities of daily living.
