Float Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant - Internal Travelers Program

About the role

We are proud to offer a unique float opportunity through our Internal Travelers Program, designed for licensed physical therapist assistants who crave variety and growth without the constant disruption of traditional travel roles. Sign-on Bonus Available.

Responsibilities

• Treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, non-surgical and post-operative cases, sport-specific rehab, joint and spine management, and specialty programs at specific locations.
• Working within optimal caseloads to maximize patient care.
• Utilizing shared systems for seamless transitions.
• Participating in opportunities for specialty certifications and professional development.

Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending physical therapist license in GA or SC (or compact eligibility).
• Participation in an Individualized Professional Development Program with an annual continued education allowance (adjustable for motivated learners).
• A graduated caseload ramp-up time.
• Paid professional association dues.
• Paid licensure renewal.
