About the role

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is a CHAP‑certified hospice dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care. The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction of the Nursing Leadership Team to deliver personalized care to assigned hospice patients, following their assessments and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to hospice patients.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership to meet patient needs.
• Promote comfort and dignity for patients and families.
• Report changes in patient condition promptly.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection‑control practices.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Comfortable working one‑on‑one with patients while supported by a dedicated care team.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Eagerness to pursue additional certifications, education, and career‑growth opportunities.

Pay

$20‑$23 per hour plus bonus opportunities (including monthly bonuses).
