Float Groundskeeper - Part-Time

Join our team as a Groundskeeper and work with the District Manager and store teams to maintain the upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties, ensuring they meet clean and operational standards. This outdoor, labor-intensive role involves landscaping and maintenance duties across multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and debris-free.

About the role

You will support two of our Everett locations, performing a variety of tasks using tools, hardware, chemicals, and other equipment to complete required work.

Schedule

Part-Time, Tuesday–Saturday (off Sunday/Monday), 11:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Pay

$19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Learn skills necessary to complete the job
• Communicate project status and follow-up dates to the District Manager
• Maintain facility grounds (landscaping, parking areas, etc.)
• Maintain facility systems (lights, gates, security systems, etc.)
• Maintain facility structures (fences, doors, etc.)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Groundskeeping or maintenance experience (required)
• Experience with hand and power tools (required)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to meet team and company objectives
