For 80 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Support and encourage independence in all aspects of daily life.
• Collaborate with your team to plan, create, and assist with activities and opportunities to meet the needs and interests of the people you support.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• NYS Driver's License in good standing is required
• Must be at least 18 years old and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with individuals and their families

Benefits

• Flexible weekday hours between 7 AM and 6 PM
• No weekends or overnights

Pay

• $23.02 per hour
