Float CNA
About the role
As a CNA-NAR (Float), you will operate on the front lines, ensuring our residents are treated with dignity, respect, and choices within their lives. You will provide direct resident care, report condition changes to RN or LPN, and chart in the POC system. This role demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks while traveling to provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care
- Report changes in resident condition to RN or LPN
- Chart in the Point of Care (POC) system
- Travel to multiple Benedictine facilities within a designated region
- Interact with associates and residents
- Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Good communication skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification

Pay
$27.56 an hour
