About the role
Join our Benedictine team as a CNA-NAR (Float) where you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives. This role requires the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents. Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN
- Chart in POC system
- Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks
- Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
