Job Description

• Assists with determining guidelines for clinical data collection and coordinating processes.
• Coordinates study subject care from pre-screening to completion.
• Ensures thorough study subject education and documentation.
• Maintains study site integrity and complies with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with sponsors, CROs, and clinical staff.
• Manages study-related logistics and budgets.
• Completes clinical trial management systems and case report forms accurately and timely.
• Maintains study subject payment records and ensures compliance with regulatory practices.

Success Profile

• Comfortable with 80% travel.
• Willing to live in the Northeast for frequent travel to Michigan, Mississippi, Louisiana, Indiana, and New Jersey.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain diplomatic relations.
