About the role
Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care. Meets the communication needs of patient and family. Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with provider and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Qualifications
- Current Indiana LPN license or CMA certification
- Proficient in drawing blood for labs
- Excellent computer skills
- Good customer service in daily operations of a busy medical clinic
- Clinic office experience preferred
- Experience with EHR preferred
- Team player in a fast paced office setting with excellent customer service skills, excellent skills in patient assessment, and critical thinking
- Flexibility and the ability to multi task is a must
