Responsibilities
- Provide data-based behavioral consultation to classroom teams/adult day programs.
- Complete behavioral assessments.
- Develop and write required reports.
- Measure student progress on interim behavioral protocols and behavior intervention plans and the reliability of treatment implementation.
- Train staff in best practice methods.
- Provide and oversee crisis intervention services for students.
- Ensure that IEP mandates are fulfilled.
- Maintain all records required.
- Conduct all duties, responsibilities, and daily activities in accordance with current best practice and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education Required: Bachelors or better in School Psychology or related field. Experience in developing and implementing behavioral support plans with developmentally disabled individuals using Applied Behavior Analysis methods.
- Licenses & Certifications Required: First Aid, CPR Certification, OCFS 6000 Clearance, SCIP-R Certification. Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
