Position Details
- Full-Time
- Limited availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on client needs.
- Driving is required for certain tasks and client support.

What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on support and companionship to clients as they transition between services or care locations.
- Aid in daily living activities and individualized care needs.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
- Travel to different client homes as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, caring, and adaptable team member
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
