Flight Operations Manager
Job description
- Support our company flight operations under 14 CFR Part 91 by providing scheduling and logistics coordination services.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, ICAO) and company policies while supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain the highest safety standards by monitoring operational risk, contributing to the Safety Management System (SMS), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Execute operational strategies supporting executive travel and corporate objectives.
- Analyze operational performance and support fleet planning, aircraft acquisition, vendor management, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize resource allocation, including crew scheduling and aircraft utilization.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting the recruitment, training, and development of operational personnel.
- Partner with executive leadership to support corporate travel needs and ensure high service levels.
What you need
- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree, 8 years of professional work experience, 5+ years of experience in customer centric aviation operations, 2+ years of experience with aviation regulations, flight operations, and safety management systems.
- PREFERRED: FAA Dispatcher certification and/or aviation management certifications (e.g., CAM, credentialed Safety Manager).
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze operational metrics.
- Proficiency with aviation systems, scheduling software, and flight planning tools.

US10: $112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual
US15: $118,000 - $196,600 USD Annual
US20: $123,100 - $205,200 USD Annual
US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
