Responsibilities
- Cookbook administration
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Support training events by coordinating administrative and classroom activities
- Break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes
- Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution and assign tasks to internal teams
- Aid in schedule management and ensure client needs are met as projects evolve
- Help prepare budgets and analyze risks and opportunities
- Maintain project and training documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and status reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Intermediate understanding of project management methodologies
- Fundamental MS Office Skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail
- Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills
- Experience with Training activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
- Certification in Project Management [e.g., Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP)]
- Advanced proficiency in project management software
- Prior Experience with:
- Administration of training classes, including documentation and logistical support
- Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned
- Data entry into Project Management (PM) Systems
- Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Tech Leads, and Project Administrators (PAs)
- Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments
- Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives
Essential Functions
- Sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Strong hand/finger dexterity for typing and document handling
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment
- Occasional travel may be required
