About the role

NetJets, the global private aviation leader, seeks an experienced Flight Attendant to join its elite team. The Flight Attendant will represent the pinnacle of private aviation, delivering an unparalleled air travel experience while maintaining a strict commitment to safety and security.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and security of all Owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin, adhering to FAM, Service Procedures Checklist, and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections, welcome Owners and guests warmly, and provide personalized briefings.
  • Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium beverage and food presentation, turndown service, and bespoke Owner profiles.
  • Manage cabin baggage, ensuring correct and safe stowage.
  • Handle pet travel and smoking requests discreetly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless experience, including Owner Services, NetJets Service Representatives, and others.
  • Communicate cabin-related concerns promptly to the Pilot in Command.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, including inventory documentation, service passdowns, and crew reports.
  • Maintain the aircraft cabin in a clean and organized state.
  • Leverage innovative thinking to address complex issues and make prompt decisions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Outstanding communication skills, engaging with clarity, professionalism, and poise.
  • Proficiency in personal computing, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to occupy a jumpseat and secure safety restraints according to FAA regulations.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Exceptional adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic environments.
  • Effective management of personal rest for extended tours.
  • Comfortable working around animals, including providing care and attention during Owner flights.
  • Required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire.
  • Completion of the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in premium or luxury service industries.
  • Familiarity with high-touch service environments such as private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, or concierge services.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts.
