About the role

The role requires 21 years of age or older, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of customer service experience. Applicants must also be fluent in English and German, able to speak clearly and loudly, and have a valid passport.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest levels of safety
- Adapt/respond to different types of customer-facing scenarios
- Resolve issues with understanding, compassion, and grace
- Communicate effectively in high-stress situations
- Operate electronic devices for task completion
- Enter and exit countries as a working crew member
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and operating equipment
- Serve and sell food and beverages professionally
- Work flexible schedules to support 24/7 operations
Requirements
- Passport with 12 months validity remaining
- Valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with applicable visas
- Functional reach assessment
- Pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screens
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German
- Clear, concise, and organized communication skills
- Ability to hear all types and ranges of sound
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to operate electronic devices
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay
$37.10/hour starting, with potential for up to $100.13/hour by 2030, including seniority-based pay increases.
