What You’ll Do

  • Keep flyers safe and confident at 30,000 feet.
    • Perform FAA safety procedures.
    • Conduct preflight equipment checks.
    • Operate aircraft doors/exits.
    • Maintain full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our Frontier flyers.
    • Provide friendly, people-first support through clear communication.
    • Quick problem-solving and warm hospitality throughout the journey.
    • Support onboard sales and PA announcements.
    • Maintain an organized, service-ready cabin environment.
  • Keep the cabin running smoothly.
    • Lead galley setup, beverage/snack service, onboard sales.
    • Maintain an organized, service-ready cabin environment.
  • Stay steady and ready when it matters most.
    • Administer CPR/first aid.
    • Support emergency and security procedures.
    • Aid evacuations.
    • Provide calm, confident leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • Valid passport book with at least 14 months of remaining validity and the ability to travel internationally.
  • 20+ years old to begin the interview process.
  • Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
  • 6+ months of customer service or guest-facing experience (hospitality, retail, food service, call center, or similar).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance; no visible hand, neck, or face tattoos.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfort assisting passengers in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
