What You’ll Do
- Keep flyers safe and confident at 30,000 feet.
- Perform FAA safety procedures.
- Conduct preflight equipment checks.
- Operate aircraft doors/exits.
- Maintain full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Deliver exceptional service to our Frontier flyers.
- Provide friendly, people-first support through clear communication.
- Quick problem-solving and warm hospitality throughout the journey.
- Support onboard sales and PA announcements.
- Maintain an organized, service-ready cabin environment.
- Keep the cabin running smoothly.
- Lead galley setup, beverage/snack service, onboard sales.

- Stay steady and ready when it matters most.
- Administer CPR/first aid.
- Support emergency and security procedures.
- Aid evacuations.
- Provide calm, confident leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- Valid passport book with at least 14 months of remaining validity and the ability to travel internationally.
- 20+ years old to begin the interview process.
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
- 6+ months of customer service or guest-facing experience (hospitality, retail, food service, call center, or similar).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance; no visible hand, neck, or face tattoos.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort assisting passengers in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
