FlexSteel - Facility Coordinator

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Proactively support all Employee Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and policies.
• Cook up facility maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, lighting, air compressors plumbing, cranes, water treatment, chillers, camera systems, fire emergency systems and other building infrastructure.
• Schedule and oversee work performed by external contractors and service providers.
• Manage facility inspections, compliance checks, and regulatory documentation.
• Support planning and execution of facility upgrades, renovations, and shutdowns.
• Maintain records of facility assets, warranties, and service agreements.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Communicate facility status, issues, and improvement opportunities to the Maintenance Manager and team.

Education, Experience And Qualifications

• Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in facility coordination or management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with CMMS platform (eMaint preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of building systems and facility operations.
• This position may require: Pre-employment drug screening, Background checks, Medical examinations, Safety certifications, Valid driver's license, Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), Travel to remote locations, Cactus Companies maintains a drug-free workplace and participates in E-Verify.
