Flexographic Press Operator

About the role

To strengthen our motivated Flexographic Printing Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly skilled Flexo Press Operator.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety standards including the use of PPE, proper ergonomics, and participation in plant safety programs.
• Support the team by monitoring print quality throughout the production process, checking for color consistency, and overall integrity.
• Adjust ink, pressure, and speed settings to achieve the highest standards and optimal output.
• Perform routine maintenance on the printing press, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting for wear and tear.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Specific technical training related to Flexographic printing.
• 3-5 years of experience within Flexo printing, or similar equipment.
• A strong understanding of print quality standards and troubleshooting techniques.
• Able to communicate clearly and possess a high mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Highly skilled Flexo Press Operator.
• Experienced in adjusting ink, pressure, and speed settings.
• Proficient in performing routine maintenance on printing presses.
